The Story Behind Our Nutella-Stuffed French Toast

If you've scrolled past a photo of Mumu's before ordering, there's a good chance it was this one: thick-cut French toast, stuffed and topped with Nutella, finished with fresh fruit.

The dish starts with our own French toast batter, made fresh in-house rather than from a mix — the same approach we use for our waffles and pancakes. It's a small thing, but it's the difference between French toast that tastes like a diner special and one that tastes like it was made specifically for you that morning.

It's become the dish most new customers order first, usually because someone showed them a photo of it. We're fine with that. It's exactly as rich as it looks, and it's meant to be shared — or not, we don't judge.
