Individually Packaged Breakfast and Boxed Lunches for Offices

Mumu's Cafe offers individually packaged boxed lunches for offices in Troy, NY: each box holds one person's wrap, sandwich, or panini plus chips and a cookie. For breakfast meetings we offer shared trays, serving 6 or 12 depending on size, rather than individual boxes, and everything is ordered online for pickup or delivery.

Signature boxed lunches

The Signature Wrap Boxed Lunch includes your choice of wrap, chips, and a cookie. The Signature Sandwich Boxed Lunch swaps the wrap for a sandwich on your choice of bread, including white, whole wheat, garlic and herbs, spinach and herbs, a plain or everything bagel, or a buttered croissant. Both come individually packaged, so each person gets their own box and nobody has to dig through a shared platter.

Deluxe boxed lunches

The Deluxe Wrap Boxed Lunch and the Deluxe Panini Boxed Lunch add more to the box. Each one includes your choice of wrap or panini, chips, fruit (a banana or an apple), a chocolate chunk cookie, and a bottled water. They're also individually packaged, which makes them easy to hand out at a working lunch or training day.

What goes inside the wrap or sandwich

The same six fillings are available across the boxed lunches: Roasted Turkey Pesto, Mediterranean, Caprese, Turkey Guacamole Pesto, Artichoke & Spinach, and Chicken Salad. Wraps come in white flour, whole wheat, garlic and herbs, or spinach and herbs tortillas. For chips you can choose Smokehouse BBQ, Sea Salt, Sea Salt & Vinegar, or Jalapeno. Because each box is built to order, a group can mix and match fillings in one order.

Breakfast for the morning meeting

Our breakfast catering is served as trays, not single boxes. Options include egg, meat and cheese croissant or bagel sandwich trays, a grilled breakfast wrap tray, French toast trays, bagels with cream cheese, muffins, and fresh fruit. The closest thing to a single-serve breakfast is the Fruit Granola Cup Tray, with house-made granola, vanilla yogurt, strawberries, and blueberries in 9oz cups. How to order for your office

Catering orders have a $100 minimum before the delivery fee, and we ask for at least 5 hours of lead time, though earlier is better. Delivery is $15 to $25 depending on distance, or you can pick up at 2207 15th St in Troy. You can also request utensils when you place your order.
